On February 20, 2021 St. Paul Clintonville held a men’s conference to build up Christian men in faith. Below is information about this conference and resources from it.
About the conference:
The theme of the event was POSCIMUR, a Latin word meaning, “we are needed.” Now more than ever, Christian men are needed to be the light and salt of this world and leaders in the church.
Sessions:
Living in Christian Optimism
led by Amos Buelow
In our daily, repetitive life, what influences us? What inputs impact us and our mood? Amos leads us through some serious questions so that we can honestly ask ourselves if we are letting the right things influence us. Let us surround ourselves with God's Word and God's promises so that we live a Christian life cycle, one that continually trusts the Lord, even after we fail.

Stand Firm and Sing: Paul Gerhardt & The Power of Lutheran Song in Our Wandering Through Death to Life
led by Pastor Julius Buelow
This is the story of a man who lost a daughter, and so much more, in his few and troublesome days on earth. But more than that, it is the story of a man who couldn't stop singing--of the victory of the LORD that will come, is coming, and has come. As we share his story & song, your story will be filled with the song of the Lord's victory as well and resound in the lives of those around you.

Christian Pessimism
led by Pastor Timothy Buelow
As Christians we know the ultimate end of the story, or reality itself, Jesus wins. Yet in the book of Revelation the Lord foreshadows what will happen before the end. The battle is the Lord's, but there will be struggles for God's people on earth, struggles and challenges we are already seeing. Listen and consider our current culture as we examine Revelation chapters 12 and 14.

Poscimur: What does this mean?
led Pastor Titus Buelow
Poscimur is a phrase that means "we are needed". This is all the more true in our current age, dear Christian, you are needed to be the light and salt of the Lord in this world! On February 20th St. Paul Clintonville hosted a conference with this theme. Now let us talk about what this truly means, especially in our current culture.
